Let's discover Hokkaido Wine!

Hokkaido is a unique terroir, being one of the coldest regions in the world to grow grape vines, we will go through the unique characteristics that make Hokkaido wines a reality.

Subjects such as 

• Unique Climate
• How do the vines survive the cold winters
• How does the rainfall affect the wine
• What grapes grow in Hokkaido
• Future of Hokkaido Wine
• Why is Hokkaido wine so popular in Japan

We will use 10 different wines to speak upon these topics and how they all relate into the wines we will be drinking on the 30th.
