The gentle south-facing slope is blessed with sunlight and good drainage, making it ideal for growing wine grapes.
The geology and soil vary from plot to plot, and the rich diversity is one of the great attractions of Bonjour Farm.
The current cultivated area is approximately 2.0 ha, and the grape varieties are Pinot Noir planted with Chardonnay, Aligoté, Pinot Blanc, Meunier and Gamay.
