While MUSUBI is usually a blend of 7-8 varieties every year, MUSUBI Junihitoe is a blend of 12 varieties, including aromatic varieties. It has a calm yet elegant taste, with a complex flavor created by the overlapping layers of 12 types of grapes. Along with the aromas of various fruits such as peaches, apples, and melons, a floral aroma reminiscent of white flowers rises. At the moment you put it in your mouth, a floral and fruity flavor spreads, but because some varieties are fermented, the bitter taste that remains at the end goes well with various dishes.

We grow 12 varieties of grapes in-house and press whole bunches at different harvest times (some varieties are pressed whole bunches or after destemming and fermentation). Fermentation begins with natural yeast. The varieties are blended during fermentation, fermented in stainless steel tanks and some plastic tanks, and aged in stainless steel tanks.
Unfiltered and unfined.
