100% of the Kerner grapes come from Aki Farm

The pressed juice is kept at a low temperature and fermentation begins after the grapes have been drawn.

Fermentation began in stainless steel tanks and the wine was aged on sur lie until July, and then aged in 500L barrels for 2 months from July.

Blended and bottled in early September without fining or filtration and with 20mg/L of sulfite added.
