A blend of Pinot Noir, mainly from Dijon clones, and a small amount of Zweigelt provided pleasant fruitiness and a good astringent accent.

Harvested and sorted at the same time, the grapes are destemmed destemming, and cold macerated for 3 weeks prior to fermentation

Aged in old 228L barrels (2nd year) for about 12 months. 

This wine is uncharacteristically high in price, this is due to this wine being a crowdfunding wine to support the winery's purchases in equipment. 

Unfiltered and unfined

Variety - 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Zweigelt (Domaine)

Alcohol - 11.5% abv
