Description

Koshu grapes grown in Yamanashi Prefecture, naturally fermented, with added sugar and sulfites.

This white wine is made from Koshu grapes grown by Takashi Yano, a wine grape farmer in Yamanashi Prefecture.


The year 2023 is a great vintage in Yamanashi. The Koshu grapes had a sugar content of over 18.


Only the luxurious free-run portion of the wine was fermented at a low temperature of 6℃.
It was bottled after six months of fermentation in sur lie of fermentation.

The wine has grapefruit, white peach, mineral and umami flavors, which open up further with swirling.


It is a bottle that makes you want to drink more and more.
