Negociant wine from soma farm

The Gewurztraminer is harvested in mid-October, while the Kerner and Semillon are harvested later in mid-November. There is a little noble rot.

The Gewurztraminer was pressed early. The Kerner and Semillon were left in skin contact with whole bunches for about two weeks. The aroma of the Gewurztraminer came out well in the barrel. The wine was racked and aged in barrels for one year. Sulfur dioxide was added before bottling.
