Niki Hills has been producing their flagship wine, using 100% Kerner, since their first vintage in 2015. The crisp acidity is characteristic of Hokkaido wines which is further heightened by Kerner's aromatic (Apple, Pear, Apricot) fragrance.

The wine is fermented for 3 weeks, this is the secret to Hatsuyuki's deeper and more complex expression of Kerner.
