The Grapes are made in 2 different batches, 80% of the grapes are made fully destemmed with 5 weeks of maceration, 20% is made whole bunch and macerated for 16 weeks.

Bright ruby ​​red in color. Cherries, red roses, camellia flowers, dried parsley, nutmeg and cinnamon with a hint of red meat. The sweetness of the fresh fruit filling your mouth is well balanced with the gentle acidity of plums that tightens it up.
