this vintage is likely to be the last for Kuwabara-san from the famed Terre de Ciel

The harmony of Cabernet Sauvignon and Nebbiolo has become well established as a wine with a unique flavor.

The year 2022 was a year in which the effects of global warming began to be noticeable. Overall, it was a difficult year, but Nebbiolo grew well despite the difficult climate.

 Nebbiolo, which had been quite a difficult wine to deal with, helped Experience. Therefore, the cepage of 2022 has more Nebbiolo than usual.

The result is an elegant wine with a gorgeous aroma and a very good balance of acidity, fruit, and fine tannins. It is delicious now, but it will also age well.

Made with natural yeast, unfiltered and unfined, and only a little sulfurous acid added during bottling.
