Yone Farm is operated by Toshinori Yonekura in Tomi, The vineyards have an altitude ranging from 530 to 780 meters, with 3 vineyards segregated from each other.

Inspired by Rhone wines, Yonekura concentrates on Rhone varietals, however does not exclusively grow Rhone varieties because the the terroir differences between Tomi and Rhone.

White varieties grown are

Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Semillon, Roussanne and Viognier

Red Varieties grown are

Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir and Kyoho.

Currently Yonekura does not have his own winery, so he uses the custom crush services from Arc-en Vigne where he had learnt how to make wine at the Chikumagawa Wine Academy, and also Tsuiji Labo where he is close friends with the Winemaker Takahiro Suga.
